About DenverSQL:

Automated Build and Test

Steve Jones, Editor

Continuous Intergration (CI) is a well known process in the software development world, but it’s not often implemented with databases. This is despite the fact that database code could benefit from the practice of checking the changes on a regular basis for potential issues. This talk will show how to implement continuous integration for databases and include more realistic testing of the code for potential issues.

About Steve:
Steve Jones has been working with SQL Server since 1991 and has been a DBA in a variety of large and small companies and industries. In 2001, Steve founded with two partners and has been publishing technical articles and facilitating discussions among SQL Server professionals ever since. He currently is the full-time editor of SQLServerCentral, owned by Red Gate Software and has been a Microsoft SQL Server MVP since 2007 .
