Kevin Cox will be speaking at the Denver SQL Users group meeting on Jan 21.  He will talk about the largest deployments on SQL Server, how they scale, how they achieve high availability and disaster recovery.  The talk will also cover the hardware used in some of the projects.


Kevin Cox has been working in the database field for over 30 years, of which the last 20 with SQL Server.  He is currently a member of the SQL Server product group in the Customer Advisory Team.  In this job, Kevin feels very lucky to be able to work on the largest database projects in the world.
